Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IEIA B2B Marketplace platform at b2bmarketplace.ieia.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA).

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a business professional, company, or organization engaged in the exhibition industry
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms

3. Account Registration

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• IEIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Services

The IEIA B2B Marketplace provides:

• A directory of verified service providers, organizers, and venue providers in the exhibition industry
• Event discovery and calendar features
• Business networking and enquiry management tools
• Industry-specific content and resources

IEIA acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee any business outcomes, partnerships, or transactions between users.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading business information
• Use the Platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, text, graphics, images, and software is the property of IEIA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By uploading content (company logos, profile images, descriptions), you grant IEIA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use that content on the Platform for its intended purpose.

7. Verification & Listings

• IEIA may verify business profiles based on submitted documentation.
• A "Verified" badge indicates document verification, not endorsement of services.
• IEIA reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms.
• Listing approval is at IEIA's sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

IEIA provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• IEIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• IEIA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• IEIA is not responsible for disputes between users
• IEIA is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account

9. Termination

IEIA may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

IEIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
