Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your paid membership subscription (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your Account Settings page on the Platform or contact our support team at secretariat@ieia.in.

Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Subsequent subscription periods will not be renewed or charged.

2. Refund Terms

Because the Platform offers digital services (immediate activation of service/product listing slots, priority ranking, video uploads, and buyer enquiry access), all subscription payments and fees are non-refundable once the subscription plan has been activated. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

3. Exceptions & Billing Discrepancies

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

• Double Charging: In the event that our payment gateway (Razorpay) bills your account twice for the same subscription activation, we will investigate and refund the duplicate payment.
• Failure of Delivery: If a payment is successfully charged but the corresponding membership benefits fail to activate within 48 hours due to a technical glitch, and we are unable to resolve the activation, a full refund may be issued upon request.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. The refund will be credited directly back to the original source payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) used during purchase.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, subject to standard banking processing times.
